The Postal and Telegraph Organization of Turkey - PTT is releasing a postage stamp on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of Heydar Aliyev, the great son of the Turkic world.
On April 29, at the “TEKNOFEST” aerospace and Technology Festival in Istanbul, President of the Republic of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan presented a commemorative postage stamp prepared by Turkey and a first day envelope to President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev.
